How to Start Kickboxing

Email us or phone Chris using the telephone number at the top of the page to let us know you are coming, and we will keep an eye out for you.

Beginners, who are under 16 should come along to the Monday class at 6.00.

Adults, whether you are a complete beginner or you have had some experience, should just come along to a class on a Tuesday or Thursday, and take part in a lesson.
