Children

Mondays
Under 12's 18:00 - 19:00
This class is for younger children, and will teach the child the importance of exercise, how to exercise properly, discipline, self defence, fitness, stretching, basic kicks and punches. Syllabus work for grading's (belts).

Over 12's Beginners - Advanced and Fighters 19.00 - 20.00
Beginners will be taught the basics.
This class is for older children, and for our advanced younger members.
Discipline, how do exercises, self defence, fitness, stretching, basic - advanced kicks and punches, jumping kicks, take downs, bag work, pad work, competition fighting techniques - both semi-contact and continuous.

Fridays
All ages and abilities 18:00 - 19:00
This is an extra class so that all children can get extra training. All abilities and all ages are welcome.

Grown-Ups

Training will be for fitness, and fairly easy, but we do encourage you to push yourself. Try your best and you will learn!

These classes will include fitness, stretching, basic kicks and punches, bag work, pad work, syllabus work for grading's (belts).

This session will introduce you to sparring, as well as fitness and padwork.

Green belt and above
Tuesdays 19.30 - 20.45
Thursdays
19.30 - 20.45

Training is of a high fitness level. These classes include self defence, fitness, stretching, body conditioning, jumping kicks, take downs, bag work, pad work, competition fighting techniques - both semi-contact and continuous with lots of sparring.

Having been involved in both boxing and kickboxing for some years, Chris is an experienced teacher for Light Continuous and Full Contact fighters.
